Our system is CUCM 7.1.3 with Unity 8.6.
The 3911 SIP phone has a Messages button that when pressed does nothing. I can manually dial the voicemail box fine.
In CUCM > Device > Device Settings > Phones Button Template > and select Standard 3911 SIP. There are only two buttons;

Any thoughts on where to go with this?
