Hi team,
In our environment,just one user complains the below:
At least once a day I have callers that when they ring the line is completely silent. I ask them to call back because I cant hear and when they call back their line is clear. It happens frequently enough that I think it may be my phone and not theirs. Is this a common problem?
Our setup:
CUCM 10.5
Cluster:1 pub and 1 sub
gateway:h323
error msg(analysis manager):(393216) Call Split.used when call is terminated during a transfer operation because it was split off and terminated.
Can anyone please explain the solution to this issue,
