Have you tried Xlite with a configuration similar to the following?

voice register dn 1
number 1000
!
voice register pool 1
id mac 0000.0000.1000
number 1 dn 1
username 1000 password cisco
codec g711ulaw

Hi.

Just to give you an update.

For a more stable sip client for Iphone, choose zoiper. It's free and works ok.

With Xlite for iPhone I found many registration issues.

I have tried this configuration below but I can call only from iphone to another ext, and none from other ext can call me.

Any ideas?
