We have 3PCC CP-88XX phones.
Incoming calls are not resolved to the number stored in the address book (which would show the name) the issue is that LDAP reverse lookup does not work. This is basic functionality (CallerID) I do not understand why this would be a problem.

Do as the Cisco employee suggests and upgrade the firmware.
Cisco have already fixed this.

Thanks Adam, that's the first thing I tried, current firmware I have upgraded to is:
sip8845_65.11-3-1MPP-697.loads
Is there another one I can try?

I also tried the one recommended by Cisco support by the way:
11.3.1MSR1.3
Same issue, even with the change to
