3rd party reporting software

Hello,

I would like to hear some suggestions on 3rd party reporting software for CUCM. I'm looking for something that I can create reports to give to management on a weekly basis.

I would also like to know if anyone can recommend a way to look at PRI utilization on a weekly basis. I have 20 PRI's that I would like to be able to put into a chart that maps the number of channels used for the 20 PRI's as a whole. Trying to find out if we are under or over subcribed

Did you ever find a solution? I'm looking for the same application as the CAR utilization reports are virtually useless

You can utilitze either MARS or a company called ISI call accounting software which i used at my previous job.
