4 digit extension to an outside number

HI,

Cucm 9.0 - management have a need to dial 4 digit extension and once dialed,  this number will ring a PSTN number. What's the best way to achive this.

use a Translation pattern.

for instance your 4 digit number is 1234  and translate it to the PSTN number you require.
