5.1.3 database replication problem on Cisco Unified Reporting window

Hi,

We are trying to replace the hardware of our pub+sub. We installed the publisher and the subcriber respectively,and then upload the backup file taken from the production publisher.

Although the Replication states seem as 2 on RTMT , we can not see the cluster node's IP addresson CCM Reporting window.

Has anyone ever seen a situation like that? What can be done to solve this problem?

Hi,

Actually we are not trying to make any ip address change. We have new hardwares for both pub and sub. we are installing them on a seperate test environment with the same IP address with our production servers.
