6825: what a mess :-(

I can only advice you all to fully test this thing before buying one.

- Dial plan not working

- Dial plan not supporting "+" and also not "."

- Not well documentaed (where is dial plan documentaded?)

- Completely different (web)interface compared to known 3PCC MPP devices

- "Caller ID Map" missing

- Phone is loosing registration once a month and needs to be repowerd (others like 6821 in same network and same provider sucessfully reregister all times...)

- Just do not expect the features of the other 3PCC lineup when buying a 6825.

We are working to develop our DECT Wireless IP Phone line to be exactly what customers need and want. I use this device daily, and would enjoy comparing our usage experience. Perhaps, I might uncover something specific with your configuration that would help improve the experience.

480_12 is really an improvement over 460_1. Hope this helps anyone struggling out there.
