6921 - Corporate Directory "Requesting..."

Hi everyone,

Seeing another strange issue here (could it be related to the issue I am seeing with registration only to the pub due to servers using hostnames instead of IP addresses?)

The corporate directory works fine on 79XX phones, on the 6921's I am seeing "Requesting....." when pressing the directory button then it comes back with "Service Unavailable" a short time after.

Hi,

As per my understandings, ithink you have to reset the 6921 IP Phone. Service unavailable means that IP Phone is not picking the correct service url.

I think reset 6921 IP Phone will work.

Because same error in image url happened with me.

Resetting the phone does not correct the issue... it is still stuck on "Requesting..."

This has been resolved -

This is a bug in 69XX firmware 9-3-3-2

Downgrading to the previous release fixes the isssue.
