Hi all,
For what i could understand from the admin guide, to access services such as EM on 6921s, you should press the applications button and then services.
But in my case there is no services option.
Other phones are working correctly with EM.
Whta can I do to have the item services show in the applications button?
Users will be provisioned with two lines to simulate call waiting capability, so I can't using a line key for this.

Found the answer. Services URL was using the name of the server and we are not using
DNS. Change to the IP address and worked.

I have a similar issue to this in that the phones only show Enterprise
services in the admin and directory menus.
I have 6921 and 6961 phones on CUCM 7.1.
Anyone else have this problem.

Check if all urls are using ip addresses and not names, or check if your dns configuration is correct.
That was the fault in my case.

I have got it to work, I had the services as addresses, and
had to set TFTP not to cache and build all CNFs then restart the TFTP
servers. Then set CNF and cache back.
All now OK.
