6921 quit ´acct´ softkey in internal calls with CME

Hi,

When i place a internal call from CME to a CUCM, the ipphone 6921 ask me to press softkey ´acct´ , if I dont press anything drops the call, in order to place the call i need to press ácct´ and the *

I have configurated a fac custom pickup group and may be this is the problem, I would like to disable enter any code to place an internal call, just place it, without press anythig else.

When i place a call on-net from cme to cucm, an internal call between extension, i need to press the softkey "acct" and # to place the call.

This is needed to introduce a code, how can i avoid press that softkey? Just only place the call as an internal call?
