Hello,

 

There is any way to disable the headset/handset/buttons in order the phone to be used only for a forward options and nothing else. I test from Device/Phone ( Disable Speakerphone/Disable Speakerphone and Headset) and still works fine.

Any ideas??

You could just assign a CSS that doesn't allow it to dial anything... 

Or force it to PLAR to a voicemail box with a greeting that explains it's not a useable phone.

Hey Aaron,

 

The problem is that the phone is used for  PLAR and he is making forward to an external number.
