May we ask for your help on our issue where our IP phone 7811 - pickup and other softkey buttons were gone. The softkey used by the phone was created only. This is working for a long time (5 months).
Is this a bug issue? Phone is running on the latest firmware version 11.7(1).

Hi,
Is this cucm or cme deployment? If cucm, can you cross check that these features are enabled in the feature control policy assigned to the phones
Also, worth checking cisco but toolkit..
