7821, 8845 admin settings password (with CME)

Hi,

We've installed a CME 10.5 with 7821 and 8845 phones.

After they've registered to the CME, it's impossible to access the admin settings of both phones, they are locked by a password...

Can someone tell me if there is a default password or how to unlock these phones ?

Hi Christian,

There is no default password, try factory reset and see if it work.
