i includ the log of the phone, so you can see the problem

I want to see the SEPmacaddress.cnf.xml file.

Config looks fine to me.
Look at the phone's Status > Status All.
What error messages are displayed?
Is the username/password correct or not? Have you verified the username/password?

the pass&user ok

The phone registers for a few seconds and then unregisterd

the provider see the registering, and tell me that the phone send the inside ip but the central need the outsie (web) ip, and that i need to configure the nat/stun..  how can i do it ?

So the ISP requires NAT to be enabled?

?yes , what can i do

<natEnabled>false</natEnabled>
<natAddress></natAddress>

These are the two lines where NAT is enabled and set on the SEPmacaddress.cnf.xml.

Hope this helps.

what i need to set them ??

<natEnabled>false</natEnabled>

This should be "true".

<natAddress></natAddress>

This should be your router (if NAT is enabled on your router).

Is ALG enabled on your router/modem or not?  ALG should be DISABLED.

I do not know how to configure an intranet router

But in the meantime something interesting happened to me, I set up another server in Member "1" [not areal one ]
And the phone registers well and does not disconnect
When I looked at the log I saw that now it was registered with the outer address and not the inner
