Did you try these steps?

Call Routing -> Dial Rules -> SIP Dial Rules  and click Add New. For the dial pattern select 7940_7960_OTHER.  Give it a name like PLAR1 and click Save. In the Pattern Addition field enter 1000 for the Pattern Description and click the Add PLAR button

Found here : http://will-hughes.net/?p=65

I am having this problem (UCM 10.5.1/7821). It does not seem that the  translation pattern enters into the equation when using SIP Dial Rules. As I understand when the SIP Dial Rule is applied to the calling phone's Protocol Specific Information the phone follow that rule and as long as the calling party phone and the DN or Route Pattern are in the same Partition or share a Calling Search Space the call should be completed. I have tries the "none" Translation Pattern, the "none" Translation Pattern with a SIP Dial Rule applied and the SIP Dial Rule applied without a Translation Pattern. The results are the same in all scenarios, when the phone goes off-hook a dial tone is received. Does anyone have a suggestion

Hi Toms,

I'm looking for the same thing

Have you found any solutions that you can share?

1. Call Routing -> Dial Rules -> SIP Dial Rules  and click Add New. For the dial pattern select 7940_7960_OTHER, assign Button 1

2. Create CSS and partetion

3. Create Translation pattern and assign the css , called party transform mask

4. Go to the phone assign the SIP dial rule in the Protocol Specific Information

5. Go to the line and assign the CSS-Hotline which you created in step 2
