7821 issue cucm8.6.22900-9

Dear all

I got a problem now I have 7821 to register cucm 8.6.22900-9(I check matrix already 8.6.2 support 7821) but 7821 not register it show "registering" all the time anyway IP phone 7821 got IP and TFTP already and upgrade firmware 10-3-1-8 to 10-3-1-12 why not registed plsease help If I miss something

If you go to device -> phone, does it show when you try to add a new phone???

The data sheets just mention the bare minimum release that you need to be on, but you usually need to add a DevPack on top of it for that.

Hi,

Is your TFTP running on CUCM? Do you have other phones in the same VLAN registered with CUCM?

Registering means that the phone usually can't communicate with CUCM using SIP or SCCP.
