7821 on CME failing to register

Hello experts.

I have an issue with my new 7821 phone deployment they can't register on cisco 2911 CME. 

1. I am deploying 7821 phones on CME, when i check ,its version 9.1 and my IOS image on 2911 is c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.152-4.M6.bin.

2. I also have an attendant console or an extra phone 7861 to as that.

This is what i can work with i could be running myself in EoL or EoS issues i know. 

 what solution using a compatibly matrix can i get to work with what i have.

What IOS will work with my phones, shipped with active load: sip78xx 12-0-1-11 on Cisco 2900 router what should i do

I cant see the phone 7821 on the list of phones under the telephony services loads???

under ephone which phone do i select i dont see 7821 i see 7921?? what phone type?
