I have recently completed a deployment with various mixed models, including some 50+ 7841 for a site with CUCM 10.5. Tested SRST etc. and everything have been good so far, not had any complains as site has been in production from few weeks.
Though - I had couple of 7841 that were bricked out of box, they were just boot cycling and had to RMA. But other than that had no other issues.
