7861 IP phone reset from time to time and call log is lost at the start

Hi everybody,

I'm working on a CUCM 9.1.2.12901-3, I have user who's complaining that his IP phone 7861 whose Active load ID is SIP78xx.10-1-1SR1-4 is

resetting from time to time during the conversation and when the phone reboot the call history becomes empty.

Do you have any tips to solve this issue?

Hi Amine,

Hi Amine,

You can check the applogs for the reason code for unregistering.

Console logs from the phone web-page may reveal something.

Also check if other phones are facing same issue, check for common conditions if there may be any.
