We have a 7861 running sip78xx.12-8-1-0101-482 on Call Manager 11.5. Last week the round select button stopped responding. I have updated the firmware and done a factory reset but it hasn't made a difference. Have any of you had this issue and found a fix? It isn't a very old phone and I hate to just replace it if I can fix it.
