7911 7961 loop reboot (firmware loads)

Hi guys,

I have two Cisco IP phones (one 7911 and one 7961) which I can not in any way get the firmware to load, sip or sscp they are.

Basically they start up, see the tftp server, look for the term61 or term11 loads file, find it and instead of continuing they stop and reboot.

If I try with other IP phones of the same model I have no problems. I only have it with these two.

Here are the logs of tftpd64.

Thx

What's the current firmware version and whats the intended upgrade version? 79XX phones had a particular version issue around version 8-5-2. Any version below this, must be first upgraded to this version before moving ahead. There are many posts around this issue, one is here: https://community.cisco.com/t5/ip-telephony-and-phones/auth-fail-on-7941-and-7970-ip-phones/td-p/1622138
