7911's button does not working with some softkey templates

Hello, all!

I located the problem - hold buttons of my 7911's don't working.

I found out the 7911 which have a working hold button

the difference is in softkey template. truely speaking it's not the only difference. but when I apply this "working" softkey template onto 7911 with non-working hold button - it works!

the workaround is to change softkey templates...

but how can the softkey template affect the hold button?

any advice? where to dig?

The softkey template might be corrupt, I'd start by looking at the contents in the database with "run sql select * from softkeytemplate where name like 'name here'.

All was fixed.

I added "Hold" button into the "Connected" state in this template.
