7911 SIP telephone over VPN

Telephone tries to register, not its own mac adress

Instead of VPN routers mac adress

How can I solve problem

Could you please explain me the topology you have.  E.g.  CME-> switch ->

router - sip phone, etc and the ip address, subnets involved

Can you please run the below debug and send us the output:

config t
no logging console
no loggig monitor
logging buffered 2000000 debug

exit

clear log
debug ccsip messages
debug tftp events
debug voice register events
debug voice register err

Try to register the phone now

#ter mon

#show log *** Can you please send us this output ?

Once the phone is registered, can you please send us the below output:

show dial-peer voice summary
show voice register pool 1

And give us the mac address for the phone and also which interface mac address is the phone getting registerd with ?
