7911 vs 3905

Olá,

Uma alternativa ao Cisco 7911 seria o 3905. Em ambientes com SRTP o 3905 tem suporte a essa feature?

The first thing I'm going to say would be a negative for the 7911 is that it doesn't have a full duplex speaker (you can only hear from the speaker and you cannot respond). If this is not a problem for you then read the links below to compare the two phones.

Let me explain right.

We have a environment with 7911g and SRTP configured.

And we want to change telephone model 7911g to 3905 but 3905 have to support this feature (SRTP).

*** In Data Sheet of 3905 the word (security) doesn't exist.

Vocie security is a "feature" that comes with an high cost and many associated disavantages.

So when it come to the time of purchasing, management will realize the consequences of wanting their calls encrypted (but only on the LAN).
