7912 expansion module 2. page problem

ip phone 3945 and add a 7912.

we can use the first page 12 blf and speed dial but we couln't use th next page.click the 2 button not active error

Yes 3945 ip phone , call manager 9.x

Is it 3935 or 3905 ? I don't remember Cisco offering a 3945 as an IP Phone. It used to offer a 3945 ISR router that can run a SMB call manager.

phone model is 7962,and module is 7912; first page there is no problem but we couln't use second page
