7914 module bad function

Hello Friends,

I have two questions:

1) I´d like to know, how much 7914 module can i add at 7960 phone?

2) I connected one 7914 module at 7960 phone, but lamps 7914 module always is on red color and red lamps don´t off....What can i do with that?

1. You can no longer buy these as they have been end of sale for some time, unless you can find it via reseller or ebay, so price may vary

2. Did you configure the 7960 phone with the module? If you browse the IP address of the IP phone does it show it detected on the web page?

Now 7960 phone is working perfectly. I only configured 7960 phone. 7914 module only connected at phone and lamps module always are on. They don´t off.

Answer :- Maximum two 7914 can be added to 7960 phone.

2)  I connected one 7914 module at 7960 phone, but lamps 7914 module always  is on red color and red lamps don´t off....What can i do with that?

Answer :- What firmware is on ip phone, What is firmware of 7914 and what version of CUCM you are using.

1) 7960 firmware is P00308010100, version 8.1 (1.0)

2) CUCM version is 6.1.4.1190-3

3) 7914 firmware version i don´t know watche it. Can you learn me ?

4) How many hold call, while i´m speaking, does 7960 phone have?
