The admin assistant(AA) has a 7960/w7914 sidecar. The sidecar has shared line appearances for 10 other manager phones.
A 9951 manager phones puts their phone in CallFwdAlll. The top line of the display(Primary Line) on the AAs 7960/7914 phone immediately shows a blinking Call Forward arrow when the manager put his phone on CallFWDAll. Is this the normal behavior because she claims it didn't do this prior to the CUCM 9.1 upgrade. It appears that the AAs phone is forwarded even though it isn't. Her primary line can still receive calls even though it has a blinking call forward arrow. The blinking arrow on the AAs phone 7960 disappears when the manager 9951 phone turns off the CallFWDAll.
Is ther anyway to stop this behavior?
