7916 Buttons Not Flashing

We have two 7965 both with 7916 modules. The lines on the 7965 are not identical, but the lines on the 7916 are.

When a call comes into one of the 7916 lines the line will flash on one of the 7916s, but not the other. The one that does not flash as the call is ringing will only light up once the call is picked up by any other phone with that line configured.

Any idea what would cause the lines on the 7916 not to flash when incoming call rings?

What's the ring setting set to on that line on that phone? Remember ring settings are unique on each shared line on every phone.

There is no "Ring Setting" for the lines of the 7916 add-on module. When clicking on any line in the add-on module the only changes I can make are to the following.

Destination

Directory Number

Label

Label ASCII

When I look at a line native to the 7965 there is a "Ring Settings" menu for both phone idel and active. They are currently set to "Use System Default".
