Yes, just like any other phone you can use the phone's Manufacture Installed Certificate (MIC) or Locally Significant Certificate (LSC) to securely connect to the ASA phone proxy. If you have other phones working already it should be configured exactly the same. Here's good guide for how to set it up if you're not familiar with it:
