We have an Aironet 1250 and a few 7921G wireless IP phones.
We recently upgrade/migrated to CUCM 9.1.2.1 from 7.0(1)
Everything has gone pretty smooth except our 7921G phones constantly drop. They display "Locating Network Services" and then connection failed. They have firmare version CP7921G-1.4.4.3.LOADS that came with CUCM 9.1.2.1 (I'm guessing).
I found another post that said this firmware needed QoS enabled on the access point - we didn't initially have QoS enabled on the AP, but I have enabled for the Voice VLAN and it hasn't made a difference.
Any ideas?
