7921 Ip Telephone Rooming

Hi ,

I have had 7921 and 7925 ip phone in my business . But I had a litle issue about rooming . why  ip phone rooms  low rssi signal access point .

it can receive enough signal nearby ap , but sometimes it associate remote ap therefor   vioce quality decrase

controller 7.0.116.0

How I can resolve this problem

Your best bet is to upgrade the firmware on the phone.  The phone controls roaming.

Please check do U have same problem on Data network?

If yes uncheck Client Load Balancing and Client Band Select
