Does anyone kn99ow how to change the web security setting in Call Manager Express 8.0 for a 7925 phone from Read Only to Read Write?

Try this...
Configure following under telephony-service (and/or ephone-template) being used for 7925: service phone webAccess 0no create cnfcreate cnf
then reset the phone and once it comes up try https://IP_addr_of_7925/Default username / password = admin / Cisco
