7925g incorrect local/system time after reset

Hi there,

I am having difficulty setting the correct time on 7925g phones.  On CUCM I have "Settings Access" and  "Web Access" are set to "enabled" and "Full" under the phone configuration.

When I http to the phone webpage I click on "Date & Time" and click on "Set Phone to Local Time & Date". The phone then displays the correct time however after the phone gets rebooted or reset the time goes back to the old incorrect time.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Alexis

What do you think about this vew: when the phone reboots, it gets its configuration files which tells it to us its Date and Time group as configured in Call-Manager. why dont you configure a Date and time group specifically for how you want the time to be presented on this phone and then copy the phone's original device pool and apply the new date and time group to the new device pool and assign it to the phone.

I dont think thats going to resolved the issue. A large number of different types of phones use the same Time/Date group and they don’t have the issue.

Basically the issue is that the 7925g phones when an hour early 1 week before for the BST time zone clocks going forward kicked in. I think it looks like another bug in the firmware all other phone types were fine

thanks

Alexis
