7925G Redialing drops first digit

I have an irritating issue with 7925G phones registered to CUCM 7.1.3.30000-1

When you dial for an outside line we have a route pattern set for 9.@ to use the PSTN gateway

So users dial 901234567890 and it dials fine. Although after it starts dialing you do see the 9 dropped on the display.

If you then redial by pressing the green phone button on the 7925G which brings up the last dialled calls list (with no 9 in the number) if you press it again to dial. It calls our operator which is on 0.

This issue does not happen on 6921, 7942, 7945, 7975 i have connected to the same CM. They retain the 9 in the dialled number list.

Never heard of it before! will need more information.

Does a TAC case work for you?

Did you ever figure this out? I've got the same issue but with 7921. CCM 7.1.5 and running theklatest firmware on the 7921.

No it's still unresolved. I have not got round to logging a TAC case yet.
