7931 phones timestamps and button issues

Having an issue with timestamps on 7931 phones. They show GMT rather than local.

Have the load from the matrix and have gone through the troubleshooting guides

a couple of times. The load I have is

SCCP31.8-2-2r1. Anyone have a known working load. These phones are on CME 4.1. Have also had 4 or 5 with buttons

that will not release when call is finished. Can only clear with power cycle.

Workaround for Cisco IOS:

Use the clock summer-time configuration command in order to manually configure the proper start date and end date for DST.

clock summer-time PDT recurring2 Sun Mar 2:00 1 Sun Nov 2:00

Just for the record, the problem in this case was that the phone type was not defined in the config on cme, once they put that in the time displayed fine.
