Hi All,
Can you please confirm how can we check the call information -- Tx . Rx packets in a 7931 phone -- did not seem to find any details for the same. Actually have a one-way audio isssue on a couple of 7931 phones , so need to troubleshoot it accordingly. Appreciate some help on this.

On the phone's webpage, the streaming statistics page should show what you're looking for.

Check your network routing, firewalls, VPNs, etc.

Thanks Paolo -- yes i am checking that and would see sniffers if required -- but can you let me know -- if we have a question mark sort of a button in 7931 phone to check for details.

One knows already there is a problem, because no voice is heard. And pressing the buttong will not tell you what the problem is.

Yes that is correct -- but knowing an unknown detail about a device would not hurt either
