I find out the 7936 cannot make conference calls normally in CME4.1.
The firmware used for 7936 include cmterm_7936.3-3-5-0 and cmterm_7936.3-3-12-0.If we reboot the 7936 once, it can make conference call with another parties without issue. The 7936 press the conf. softkey can make 3 parties in the conf. bridge.
After the first conf. call is hanged up, the 7936 wants to make another conference call as the first one, the user should use the arrow key to select the frist line, press resume and conference, 3 parties will be in the same conference bridge.
After the conf. call finsihed, if the 7936 wants to make conf. call ( the third times), all softkey ( transfer, hold conf.) no function.
If the 7936 was reload once, it can make conf. call again.
Show ephone register command indicate one of the lines is idle.
Does anyone have the same issue ? and how you can reslove it?
The router is 2811 platform and ios is 12.4(15)T3.
