Hi Team,
Cisco IP Phone 7937G is stuck at "Configuring CM List.
Before making chaages on network end, this phone was working fine.
To check network setting, We have switched over this phone to another working phone LAN cable, there also getting same error, whereas another phone is working fine.
7937G is stuck at "Configuring CM List.
Is there firmware problem?
Can somebody help me out?

Hi Krushna,
CM list will be obtained from the configuration file the phone will get from TFTP server.
Can you confirm the following:
- wwhether the phone has got correct TFTP server IP address from DHCP ?
- what do you see in the status messages on the phone settings

Thanks for your response.
Yes, Phone has got correct TFTP address.
We support Remotely UK client, don't know about Status messages, however what need to be there in Status messages.

Krishna,
Get a packet capture from the TFTP server from which the phone is set to get the config file after resetting the 7937. Filter the output for tftp and see if any requests come in from the 7937 and if there is any response. You can search on Google for the process to get a pcap from cucm cli.

When we set alternate TFTP address, then phone got registered with CUCM.
