Hi,
We have received few RMA replaced 7940 IP Phones and our CUCM version is 8.6. Am trying to register the phone, but all these phone says File Auth fail.
I am not able to do the factory reset, no ITL or CTL file found. Erased network configs, but still no luck. The phone is not getting registered.
Also while i connected this phone i had set the device -- device settings -- device default for 7940 SCCP to P00308010100.
