I am having this weird issue that came into the queue today.
The customer is saying (and i saw an example myself) that when she gets a phone call and places it on hold then puts the handset down, the phone starts ringing again. I replaced the phone with a new one which means that the line configuration for that specific phone must have some kind of issue.
Could I get some help on what the problem could be?
