7940G, SIP, not registering? phone icon + x

The LCD phone icons show with a little 'x' to the right: [phone] x

line 1: callcentric.com, line 2: voip.ms

SIP settings I've changed from using FQDN to IP address for proxy

line 1

name: [10 digit phone]

short name: home

auth name: 1777xxxxxxx [callcentric id]

auth password: [sip extension password NOT web account password]

display name: matt

proxy address: callcentric.com

or

proxy address: 204.11.192.160

proxy port: 5060

or

proxy port: 5080

(call centric supports sip port range 5060-5080 (I use the even numbers since not SIPS))

save, then these on screen messages:

configuring ip

requesting configuration

__firmware version

application load ID

P0S3-08-8-00

boot load ID

PC030301

DSP load id

__status messages

E102 misc: no time server

W351 unprovisioned proxy_emergency

W35 unprovisioned proxy_backup

I hear dial tone but I suspect that would be phone generated no matter what.  There are no errors on dialing.  Dial, then lots and lots of DEAR air.

Here, only Cisco call platforms are discussed.

For third-party application, you should seek support from the ITSP, or try forums like voip-info.org
