Hi All ,
recently our company's 7941 and 7942 phones reboot suddenly reboot about 10 times every day. I try to upgrade several firmware for them but they still reboot . but 7940 always work well .
the call manager version is 5.1.3 , who can tell me what I need do ?

There are two main reasons I saw why phones do a reboot:
- Phone looses connection to CUCM, after finding the connection again it did a reboot
- Phone looses POE Power
If your are sure everything is fine on your switches including POE power, check if the Server is running fine. For example “high CPU” or a bad NIC on the server can be root to such problems.

thank you , I changed 7941 and 7942 to a new 3560 swith and they now work stably . until now , 7941 and 7942 not reboot anymore
