Hi, I hope I'm in the right place. My company wants to have up to four people on a conference call, all with headsets. I talked to a sales rep at HeadsetsPlus.com and he said I could do that wirelessly but only the 'master' unit could actually talk; all others would only be able to listen. Is this true or is there a workaroud?
How would I know if I have a wireless-enabled phone?
Thanks for your answers.
Kris
Hi
Sounds like you are talking about 4 parties on one phone with four headsets attached to it - typically you would have one 'talker' and then the others would be listening in for training purposes. That is probably what your headset vendor is talking about.
If you want four people talking, have four phones and start a conference. Each can have their own headset paired with their own phone.
Or if the environment permits it, get the four folks on the speakerphone.
