7942 cant logs calls

Hello we are using 7942 and they cant log missed, placed or received calls.

We are using firmware SCCP42.9-2-1S

CUCM 8.6.2

this could be a bug even though /CUCM version firmware is different.

Symptom:
7962 phone not able to record missed call in call history
Conditions:
phone is running version SCCP42.9-3-1-1S on CUCM 9.0
there is no call record in the call history. other phone call this phone and this phone don't answer. this phone don't have any record of the missed call in call history.
Workaround:
no

try upgrading to latest firmware to 9.3.1.SR2-1
