Hi everyone,
When I connect my 7942 ip phones, the screen get freeze in the uploading firmware stage, then the Cisco logo appears and the phone doesnt do anything, I have been reading that i have to install the firmware on the phone, How can i do this??

Where are you going to register the phone??
Do you have a DCHP server in your network ???
If you are using a DHCP server how is it a server or a router and is option 150 configured???
