7942 phone not registering to 2811 gateway during SRST

I have 2811 gateway running IOS 124.20-T6 (SRST V7.0) and 7942 phones. when the gateway was first installed and SRST enabled, 7942 were able to register to 2811 gateway  during SRST. But after a while phone can not register to the 2811 gateway during SRST anymore. A debug ephone register shows none of the phone even tries to register during SRST.  I'm getting these debug ephone socket error messages. Phones are in non secure mode.

anyone seen this before? thanks

yes, phone can resgister to gw after a reboot. but it will stop working after a while.

Hi

You have reloaded the router and then phones could got register but after a while they lost their registration?

If yes , then did you try to upgrade your ios ?

Can  we have your config?

yes, after gw reboot phone can register to gw during SRST. But after the gw has been up and running for a while, phone can not register to gw during SRST for some reason.

I can not upgrade IOS due to SIP certification with service provider. I have location with this same IOS but with 7940 and 7960 phone and those phone can register without any issue even though the gw has been up for a while also. It seems to only affect 7942 on this IOS.
