7942G load upgrade file not found

Custtomer on 8.5 CUCM, trying to upgrade phones load image.  The phone is registered, and the new load image shows up in the TFTP file list, and in the drop down selection list in the phone parameters window, but the phone status messages show 'file not found', and the phone does not upgrade.  The file name it can't find matches the file name showing in CUCM.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.

in the phone configuration window, put th enew firmware name in  phone load name and restart the TFTP service in CUCM then reset the IP phone

Thanks, but we did all that.  The message shows up after reset.  I should have been more detailed.

waht is the existing firmware version ? and waht is the new firmware version? try to put the phone phone in 6.X or 7.X and upgrade . please provide the firmware versions above mentioned

The customer figured it out - he thought an upload to the Pub pushed it to all servers, so it wasn't on the particular Sub the phone was pinting to.  Thanks for your help.
