7945 IP Phones are unable to lookup Corporate Directory

Good day experts,

I am not able to view the corporate directory on two phones that i have here. One thing i noticed is 

when i go to settings>security configurations>Web Access Enabled> "No"  

I further checked the ITL file is not present.. I actually erased as an instruction that i read.

I was also doing some reading that i should do a firmware upgrade issue is the working phones and these phose have the same firmware version should i still do a firmware upgrade or not.

Loadfile : SCCP45.9-3-1SR1-1S

Boot load ID : tnp45.9-3-1-CR17.bin

I am still running CUCM version 9. I am due for a network refresh this Q2.

WebAccess has nothing to do with directory. What error are you getting on
the phone screen? Try to perform factory reset and see if it works.
