Wondering if it's possible to show the Caller information on 7960's 2nd or 3rd line
Here is a scenario
Phone A, Phone B and Pone C all have an emergency line setup as their 3rd line.
A SIP Emergency button is part of Hunt group and when pressed, sends a call to all three lines on Phone A, B and C.
The issue I'm seeing right now is if anybody is on a call on their primary lines, we can't see the Emergency buttons informationi on the phone's display if the button is pressed.
Becaus I have a 7975, I can see that the display of the 3rd line is under the primary display when I'm on my primary line.
Is there a way to force the 3rd line display to be priority when it rings? Or at least move it down the screen so that we can see it?

On the 7960 Device page in CUCM under the product Specific config
change Auto Line Select to > Enabled

Make sure in the line setting the busy trigger is set to 2 or higher

Busy trigger for line 3 (Emergency line on all phones) is set to 2.
So basically “Maximum number of calls = 4”
“Busy trigger = 2”
